Coleman, Kestin and Smith, Public Relations

LIMON, CO (IFS) – Coleman Kestin and Smith, Public Relations, est., 1975 by then law student Kenneth Howard Smith, to help with his case when the County of Santa Barbara accused him of being a drug dealer. The young Smith was half way through law school, when he had to apply all of his skills he had learned from the Antelope Valley College classes to combat these horrible lies that was going to keep him from graduating from law school. It took over three years to overcome the grip of terror laid on him by the County of Santa Barbara, as Michael Jackson had to fight with the same prosecutor in his defense. When learning how to deal with the law, one finds himself being accused of everything, and the lead attorney is held harmless and can say and do whatever he pleases in the name of justice. When any District Attorney goes down in flames, and crashes and burns, I applaud. The “Right Syndrome” is a plague with these people who “speaks for god” and they are always “right”. NOT!
It has been a campaign to fight for the voice of the “little guy” and to restore his reputation by fighting fire with fire; eating no words and going on a full attack, because they will not back down until, they are proven to be wrong. And at that time, they still don’t believe it, and always want to “cut” a deal, where they always look right in the eyes of the public. We take no prisoners.
